Job Description
St Andrews Christian College is seeking a dedicated and organised Primary School Administrator to provide support to the Head of Primary. This pivotal role is the first point of contact for both the College community and external stakeholders, requiring professionalism, warmth, and a servant-hearted approach. The successful candidate will model Christ in their work, be approachable and well-presented, and demonstrate strong communication and administrative skills.
The Primary School office is a dynamic and fast-paced environment, so the ability to remain calm under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and handle frequent interruptions with grace is essential. As the Primary School Administrator, you will be responsible for a range of important tasks, including:
Provide high-level administrative support to the Head of Primary, including calendar and correspondence management.
Coordinate communications, notices, and documentation for the Primary School.
Assist with planning and administration of Primary events, camps, excursions, and NAPLAN.
Manage phone calls, emails, and enquiries from students, staff, and parents.
Maintain up-to-date processes, reports, and information systems to ensure smooth daily operations.
Liaise with internal teams (e.g. Marketing, Maintenance, CRT cover) to support Primary School needs.
