This role falls under the department of Secondary School and is tenured for 3 years as a Position of Responsibility, with an associated ongoing part-time or full-time teaching load. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following key duties and tasks:

• Providing leadership and guidance to teaching staff within the designated year levels, fostering a positive and supportive learning environment.
• Developing and implementing curriculum plans, in line with College policies and educational standards, to enhance student learning outcomes.
• Monitoring and evaluating student progress, implementing strategies to support individual learning needs and promote academic success.
• Collaborating with colleagues to facilitate professional development opportunities and sharing best practices in teaching methodologies.
• Contributing to the wider College community by participating in relevant meetings, events, and extracurricular activities.
• Communicating effectively with parents/guardians regarding student progress, pastoral care, and behavioural matters.
