Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Marketing and Alumni Coordinator to join our team at St Andrews Christian College in Wantirna South. This is a Fixed Term - Part Time position within the Marketing department, focusing on Marketing & Communications.

As the Marketing and Alumni Coordinator, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Design, create, and coordinate the production of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, newsletters, and digital content.
  • Managing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
  • Creating engaging content for marketing materials, such as brochures, newsletters, and website updates.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with alumni to foster a sense of community and support for the college.
  • Organising events and initiatives to connect current students with alumni, creating networking and mentorship opportunities.

Desired Skills and Experience

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience in marketing and communications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with alumni and external stakeholders
  • Demonstrated proficiency in digital marketing, including social media management and email campaigns
  • Experience in event coordination and management
  • Knowledge of branding principles and ability to uphold brand standards
  • Proficiency in using relevant software such as Microsoft Office suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and CRM systems
  • Understanding of data analysis to inform marketing strategies and decision-making
  • A passion for education and a commitment to the values of St Andrews Christian College
